2016 Archdale Christmas Parade Entry Form
Proceeds from this year's Christmas will benefit the Archdale- Trinity Serco Club
Participate Line up will be at 1:00 Parade Begins at 3:00pm

allotted for you in the lineup.
This year we will be awarding prizes for the following categories:
Best Overall Dance Group
Best Overall Float
Best Religious Theme Float
Most Humorous Float
Most Creative Float
Registration Fee ( Check One)
Vehicle (per vehicle; commercial, cars, trucks, etc.) $25.00
Horse (per horse; must provide your own clean-up crew) $5.00
Horse & Buggy (per buggy; must provide clean-up crew) $15.00
Float (per float) $35.00
Club / Business Entrant (per group; on foot) $25.00
Marching Band Fee Waived
Please note that we have added additional rules to address the concerns from previous years.
In order to keep the parade moving, we are asking that you do not stop for your group to dance or perform while the line in front of
you is moving.
We are asking that no one has a “Santa” with their group. Santa will be at the end of the Parade, and we don’t want any confusion
by having additional “Santa’s” in the Parade.
For the safety of everyone, Please keep approximately 4 car lengths between each entry.
We are also asking that you remain in the line-up position that is given. This will allow the Parade to flow as expected without
confusion and delay.
