Archdale-Trinity SerCo Club

The Archdale-Trinity SerCo Club was chartered on February 13, 1984. Since its start, SerCo has meant “Service to the Community" and our club works to serve our community by
helping families.
We provide assistance on a needs basis year round with heat, utilities, rent, groceries, school supplies, etc. We also conduct our Annual Archdale-Trinity Cheer Fund - providing gifts
for the children of families who cannot afford them. Besides sponsoring individual families, we prepare and distribute large stockings filled with blankets, toys, candy, books,
toothbrushes, and other assorted items to those in need within our community. In 2014, SerCo was able to brighten the holidays for 350+ children, seniors,  and families!
We rely on donations to operate. These allow us to continue to provide financial support within the community, honor our seniors with the Annual Senior’s Banquet, and continue
the tradition of our Annual Cheer Fund. Besides your direct donations, we count on community support of our fundraising activities and events like our Spaghetti Dinners, or our
Annual Big Galute Chili Cook-Off and 5k Run.
We have a long track record of fiscal responsibility and all of our efforts are 100% voluntary. Your gift goes directly to helping those that need it most and is tax deductible to the
extent allowed by law. A tax receipt can be provided for all donations on request.

What a great year 2015 was… It has been the best ever! This year was busy, with a lot of hard work taking place. We had a blast along the way! The
Archdale Trinity Serco Club rocks, it is my pleasure to serve our great community again as President in 2016.

As a non profit organization our philosophy is… Yes we can make a difference one family at a time.  We are strengthening our community. We will make
this a great place to live. Partnering with this great community of Archdale and Trinity, we can! No, Never, you can’t, is not part of our vocabulary. Your
help enabled us to do more than we have ever done. Serco helped over 400 children, seniors, and families in our area. A HUGE thank you goes out to
our members, volunteers, and sponsors for there generosity. You help us do what we love.

We are excited about 2016! We plan to continue all of our annual events. Starting with the concert in the park “Our Fathers Night”, The Big Galute Chili
Cook Off, the senior dinner, hosting the Archdale Christmas Parade, and of coarse this years Christmas Cheerfund. Serco has joined with Archdale
Creekside Park to have a community movie night. The series will take place the first Friday of the month starting in May and finishing in September.  In
addition, a 5K run with Santa will take place at Creekside Park in December.  We are very excited about these events and hope to see you there!

We invite you to be a part of this life changing organization.

God Bless,
JD Peace
